Michael Riley and James William

James William is a semi-retired Industrial Engineer with two grown children. He enjoys golf, fishing, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Riley is married and has worked as an electrical engineer and electronics technician for two decades. His favorite pastime is reading and studying subjects as diverse as field theory and Koine Greek—with the occasional break to play his Yamaha classical guitar.

The two Texas laymen wrote their book, Is God Fair? What About Gandhi? to provide compelling Biblical reasons for Christians to rethink God’s ultimate plan for humanity. Employing historical records, lexemic tools, comparative word use, logic, and common sense, Michael and James demonstrate the deep flaws in the Orthodox doctrine of eternal punishment. Thankfully they also supply a solid rationale for troubled believers to renew their trust in a good God.
